Most of our participants are children. Keeping them safe comes first.
- There is no messaging between users on Creative Clans.
- Public pages show only a first name, last initial and district, never a full name, school or contact details.
- Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent before their entry is accepted.
- Judges score artwork blind and never see who made it.
- A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a child’s name or artwork from the website at any time.
